Mediation and Meeting Rooms

The first step to a successful meeting is finding the right place to meet, and different needs will call for different facilities. When it comes to client-lawyer or pre-trial meetings, union negotiations, or corporate meetings that may require transcription services – certified reporters and private boardrooms need to be available.   With custom-built facilities to accommodate your meetings or  mediations, A1 Court Reporting can always assist with your needs.

In business since 2010, A1 Court Reporting sound-proofed boardrooms of various sizes with the necessary audio and video equipment to make presentations easy. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout our facility. Complimentary tea, coffee, refreshments and a light lunch are served throughout the day. Additionally there are available lounge and kitchen areas, and a full breakfast and/or lunch can be catered at your request.

Rooms can be booked for full or half days and the hours of use are flexible. In addition, if you require a meeting room on short notice we will accommodate your last-minute booking, weekend and holiday scheduling, and late-night extensions.

Our knowledgeable staff are onsite to provide you with administrative services if required

Complimentary free-of-charge light lunch is provided daily for all bookings. Full breakfast and/or lunch can be catered at your request.
